Job intake
Work requests that arrive by email are read automatically. When the customer and site are both clear, a job is made straight away and shown here to be checked. Anything unclear waits here for you. Check this list a few times a day.
Sender rules: teach it how each client sends work (0)
Use a full address (jane@client.com.au) or just the domain (client.com.au). Say which customer it is, which department usually does the work, and anything that helps read their emails, such as "the work order is the attached PDF".
